Now We Wait

They said it would rain all week, yet the time when I went to the interview yesterday it was sunny and the moisture from the ground was certainly rising so it felt so hot. Plus I was unfamiliar with the campus, so I got lost but at least I was quite early. They seem like great people and that I would enjoy the work being done there. I was a little nervous, because you never know who you will meet there. You might get a strict, serious person asking you questions or a laid-back, not-so-serious person. But overall I feel it went okay, so now I have to wait for that dreaded phone call where I find out if I got the job or not. I’m a patient man, but for some reason when it comes to these things I just want to find out asap. It’s like giving presentations and such, the moments leading up I get all impatient but when the moment arrives I feel more at ease. I don’t know, we shall see, but my friends have been there telling me if I don’t get it then there’s something better out there. Hopefully I get it, but in the meantime all I can do is simply wait. . .
